Media Activation Specialist (OMD, ATL Based)
- Serve as the execution and lead focusing on all media technology activation tasks related to Delta marketing campaign delivery and execution (tracking tags, taxonomy alignment, media pixel implementation, platform data connections: Meta Business Manager, LiveRamp, Skai, Flashtalking).
Responsibilities
- Managing technical configuration and implementation of various marketing platforms (media targeting, media channel and campaign management, media performance and measurement tagging)
- Partnering with internal Delta teams (Marketing Technology, Analytics, Digital) to maximize adoption and cross functional usage of media technology.
- Collaborating with external partners (media agencies, technology providers, and consultants) to implement and optimize
- Managing the integration of paid media into marketing reporting dashboards and supporting technologies
- Staying abreast of the latest advertising technologies and bringing forward innovative solutions to the media product team for consideration into the media technology roadmap.
- Identifying existing gaps in media technology
Success Factors (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of direct experience in digital media technology including ad serving, audience on boarding, dynamic creative optimization, multi touch attribution, and/or relevant digital media tools
- Familiarity with customer data platforms, identity resolution/targeting platforms, major media partner campaign platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, etc)
- Media-savvy collaborator with a passion for using MarTech tools to solve business problems and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to clearly capture and communicate processes, changes, and designs in mediums that facilitate easy consumption and socialization to non-technical peers
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within e-commerce/retail, preferably within the travel industry
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Economics or related field
- English Advanced
- Live in Mexico City or State of Mexico (Hybrid position)
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
