Job Description:
What will you do?
As a Senior Financial Analyst in the E2E Performance Pillar, you will take a leading role in driving financial performance, productivity insights, and strategic decision-making across the NAM region. You’ll act as a trusted business partner to Plant Controllers, FP&A, and Productivity leaders, helping translate data into impactful actions.
In this role, you will:

Lead financial and productivity analysis, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities

Own and enhance reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful outputs

Partner with stakeholders to influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations
-
Drive forecasting and planning activities, ensuring alignment with business strategy
-
Oversee month-end close deliverables and ensure integrity of financial data

Lead or support cross-functional initiatives related to productivity and finance transformation

Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability building
