Ansell is looking for a Territory Manager Sales (Irapuato, Celaya, Salamanca) to join our team!
This role is responsible for driving accelerated and profitable growth within the assigned territory by combining new business development (Get) with the strategic expansion of existing accounts (Keep), with a clear focus on incremental growth. It is designed for territories with an established customer base and significant growth potential, requiring a strong hunter mindset, disciplined commercial execution, and the ability to activate distributors as strategic growth partners.

Job Experience
4+ years of experience in B2B sales within industrial, safety, PPE, or related sectors.
Proven experience in new business development and account expansion.
Experience managing distributors and end users.
Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).

Strategic account expansion capability.
Pipeline and territory management.
