You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

Serving as the primary business consultant between Steelcase North America and retail channels, eBusiness platforms, and internal business partners.

Managing assigned accounts throughout the entire order fulfillment process, from order receipt through final installation, while supporting customer issue resolution.

Coordinating with supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and customer-facing teams to optimize delivery performance and create an outstanding customer experience.

Analyzing operational performance metrics, generating regular and ad hoc reporting, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Advocating for customers by communicating business needs, monitoring customer health measures, and driving process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders.

Leading operational onboarding activities for new retailers and business channels, including process documentation and implementation support.

Building strong long-term relationships with customers and internal partners while providing product, order, and installation support.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Commerce, International Relations, or a related field.

1+ year of experience in order management, customer experience, order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or a related business function. Recent graduates with relevant internships or academic experience may also be considered.

Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Experience identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational or customer-related issues.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
