We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tracking & Tracing Specialist to monitor shipments, communicate with carriers, and ensure on-time pick up & delivery while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track shipments in real time.
- Communicate with carriers and drivers regarding shipment status.
- Update load information in the TMS.
- Identify and report shipment delays or service issues.
- Escalate critical situations to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipment updates.
- Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and customers.
Qualifications
- Conversational English required.
- Previous experience in Tracking & Tracing or the logistics industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
