Job Description:
Continuous Improvement / Industrial Manufacturing Engineering Senior
Mission
Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, cost, and service levels across manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with business performance targets and continuous improvement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead and execute end-to-end continuous improvements initiatives across manufacturing and/or supply chain operations.

Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and long-term operational strategy.

Analyze operational performance using data-driven approaches to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
-
Act as a key contributor in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and coach cross-functional teams.
-
Lead complex problem-solving efforts using structured methodologies (DMAIC, RCA, etc.).
Main Activities

Lead and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean / Six sigma methodologies

Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities in manual and automated operations

Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops

Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and follow up on action plans

Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor
(External) English Qualifications:
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

+5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations or continuous improvement roles.

Conversational English (intermediate level) is required

Proactive, results-driven and strong influencing skills.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
-
Lean / Six Sigma certification (Desired)
Key Systems

MS Office- Excel (Pivot tables, macros, data management/analysis)

ERP system (SAP desired)

Data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI desired)
