Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead UX strategy and product execution for a large-scale mobile application serving millions of users.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between Product, Design, and Engineering, transforming complex business and technical requirements into intuitive digital experiences that deliver measurable customer value.
You will work closely with designers, engineers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders to define product vision, drive customer-centric decisions, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact mobile experiences.
Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and UX vision for mobile application experiences.

Translate customer needs, business objectives, and research insights into actionable product requirements.

Partner closely with UX designers to transform concepts and designs into detailed user stories and development-ready specifications.

Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer value.

Facilitate backlog grooming, refinement sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities.

Conduct and leverage customer research, analytics, and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.

Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.

Simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.

Define and monitor success metrics, KPIs, and customer outcomes.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Design, Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
-
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, or related roles.

Strong experience defining UX strategy and managing digital or mobile product experiences.
-
Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
-
Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
-
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience translating complex business or technical requirements into customer-focused solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
-
Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Figma and collaborating closely with UX/UI design teams.

Experience launching or scaling consumer-facing mobile applications.

Experience leveraging customer research and analytics to drive product decisions.

Experience working on subscription-based, digital services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, fintech, or consumer technology products.

MBA or advanced business degree.
