About the Role
An international technology company focused on SaaS platforms and marketplace solutions is looking for a highly hands-on, strategic, and growth-oriented Senior Marketing Manager.
This role will lead and execute B2B marketing strategies focused on demand generation, user acquisition, positioning, and pipeline growth for technology platforms operating across the United States and Latin America.
We are NOT looking for a purely corporate branding or agency-management profile.
We are looking for a true growth marketing operator with direct experience executing digital campaigns, optimizing performance, and working inside fast-growing SaaS/startup environments.

Strategy & Growth Marketing

Design and execute B2B growth marketing strategies.

Translate positioning into measurable campaigns and initiatives.

Generate pipeline and commercial opportunities.

Execute multi-channel performance-driven campaigns.
Paid Media & Demand Generation

Build and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.

Optimize CPC, CAC, CVR, and overall campaign performance.

Execute A/B testing and continuous experimentation.

Develop landing pages and acquisition funnels.
Analytics & Performance

Analyze campaign metrics and user behavior.

Generate actionable insights based on data.

Measure impact on pipeline, revenue, and acquisition.
Cross-functional Collaboration

7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, startups, marketplaces, or technology companies.

Strong hands-on experience executing digital campaigns directly, not only managing agencies or external teams.

Advanced experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics, including campaign optimization and performance analysis.

Proven experience in demand generation and growth marketing focused on pipeline creation and user acquisition.

Experience building and optimizing landing pages, funnels, and A/B testing initiatives.

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret KPIs such as CAC, CPC, CVR, ROAS, pipeline, and conversion metrics.

Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments, comfortable operating with ambiguity and rapid execution.
