This opportunity is designed for marketers who are ready to own the work from strategy through execution. The professionals selected for these roles are not freelancers filling short-term gaps between clients. They are career-level team members who take responsibility for results, work directly with U.S. firm leadership, and help build real marketing functions inside growing law firms.
The company offering this role works with U.S. law firms across a range of practice areas and firm sizes, from growing boutique practices to established multi-attorney firms. These firms are looking for experienced marketers who can manage marketing end to end and support long-term business growth.
This is a full employment opportunity, not a contractor or freelance arrangement. The employer takes its legal obligations seriously and provides full statutory compliance, including IMSS, aguinaldo, and the protections guaranteed by law. Compensation is disclosed in full, set above local market rates based on role and experience, and paid directly to the employee.
About the Role
This is a role with real scope. You will not be responsible for only one small part of the marketing process. You will help own the firm’s marketing function and run it from strategy through execution, working with firm leadership on direction and taking responsibility for making the work happen.
What You’ll Own
Marketing Strategy and Execution
You will help turn the firm’s goals into a working marketing program and support individual attorneys and practice groups in advancing their own business development priorities.
Brand and Communications
You will help maintain consistency across the firm’s communications, both internal and external, including marketing materials, proposals, and press-related content.
Content and Channels
You will manage and support the firm’s content, social media presence, and direct outreach to clients and prospects.
Digital Presence and Growth
You will support and manage the firm’s website, search visibility, and online advertising efforts.
Marketing Systems and Measurement
You will work with marketing technology, reporting tools, and performance data to help turn marketing activity into better business decisions.
Marketing Budget
You will help manage marketing spend and account for what it returns.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing a marketing function
- Hands-on experience executing marketing work, not only supervising or planning it
- Experience turning business goals into marketing programs that are launched, managed, and measured
Preferred:
- Additional certification in a marketing specialty
- Experience with U.S. professional services or law firm marketing
Marketing Skills and Knowledge
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience managing marketing across multiple channels, not just one specialty
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution
- Ability to plan, launch, and measure marketing programs
- Comfort with marketing analytics and performance reporting
- Familiarity with marketing technology and tools used in modern marketing operations
- Strong judgment around brand, messaging, content, and client-facing communication
English Proficiency
Required:
- Advanced English proficiency, equivalent to TOEFL iBT 95+ or CEFR C1
- Ability to communicate professionally with U.S. clients, attorneys, and colleagues
- Strong written English skills
This role produces public-facing marketing content for U.S. law firms, so accuracy, tone, and writing quality matter.
Remote Work Requirements
Required:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Dedicated professional home workspace with a private working area for confidentiality
- Ability to work independently without in-person supervision
- Comfort using U.S.-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms, and Zoom
- Full availability during U.S. business hours, with the ability to support Pacific through Eastern time zones
