Reporting & Administrative Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Director of Warranty located in Salt Lake City, Utah for work output, performance expectations, and warranty processing standards.
- Maintain a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Road Service Manager in Mexico for daily attendance, schedule adherence, time off requests, local administrative coordination, workplace conduct, punctuality, and communication standards.
