WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR.
Schedule: Mon - Friday Dayshift
General Description:
The responsible of this position will support warranty operations by reviewing road service invoices, opening warranty claims, and assembling accurate, complete claim documentation for submission.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring warranty claims are properly prepared, compliant with requirements, and ready for final review and submission by Warranty Leadership. The Warranty Administrator will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve documentation gaps and support the company’s warranty recovery efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Warranty Claim Preparation
- Review road service invoices for accuracy, completeness, and warranty eligibility
- Open and organize warranty claims in C.R. England’s internal systems
- Compile complete warranty claim packages, including but not limited to:
- Repair Orders (ROs)
- 3C documentation (Concern, Cause, Correction)
- Photos and supporting evidence
- Parts documentation and pricing
- Vendor invoices and supporting materials
Documentation & Compliance
- Identify missing or incomplete claim documentation prior to final review
- Ensure claim packages meet internal standards and manufacturer/vendor requirements
- Maintain organized electronic records for claims and supporting documents
Coordination & Follow Up
- Communicate with vendors, road service providers, and internal departments to obtain missing or corrected documentation
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure claims are completed in a timely manner
- Support Warranty Leadership by providing well prepared, audit ready claim files
Qualifications / Skills
- Deep understanding of Domestic MX Supply Chain and all OTR modes of transportation
- Ability to coach, train, and reinforce ELM's go-to-market strategies within the US-based EL sales teams
- Experience procuring and onboarding MX-based carriers and carrier partners
- History of building and maintaining carrier compliance program
- Maintain a dotted line reporting relationship to the Road Service Manager in Mexico for:
- Daily attendance and schedule adherence
- Time off requests and local administrative coordination
- Workplace conduct and punctuality
- Communication standards and collaboration with local team members
Work experience Requirements
- Experience reviewing invoices, repair orders, or service documentation preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies or missing information
- Proficient computer skills and ability to work within multiple systems and document platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for vendor and internal follow up
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote leadership and local teams
Education, experience, and Licensing requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
