Support the development of an intelligent assistant to automate the tracking of purchase orders (expired, upcoming expirations, invoicing status, and key KPIs).

Analyze and process operational data from the Procurement area to generate actionable insights.

Collaborate in the design and development of an AI-based bot for purchase order tracking.

Identify opportunities to optimize processes and automate repetitive tasks.

Document workflows, processes, and automation improvements.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Active student in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or a related field

Strong Excel skills

Basic knowledge of data analysis

Experience or interest in process documentation and continuous improvement

Exposure to corporate tools and digital environments is a plus

English communication skills.
