Oceanside Art Gallery Sales & Marketing Position
Oceanside Art Gallery is seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly organized Art Sales & Marketing Associate to help promote, present, and sell fine artwork at our gallery in Los Cabos.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about art, people, luxury lifestyle, and client service. The role will include working directly with gallery visitors, collectors, resort guests, and potential buyers, while also supporting the gallery’s marketing and social media efforts.
The right candidate should feel comfortable representing the gallery both inside the gallery and at off-site locations, including resorts, private events, luxury communities, and special presentations.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage clients, collectors, visitors, and potential buyers in a professional and warm manner
Present and sell artwork in the gallery and at off-site locations, including resorts, events, and luxury communities
Build relationships with potential buyers and follow up with interested clients
Support and execute marketing strategies for Oceanside Fine Art Gallery
Create, schedule, and manage social media content
Promote exhibitions, artists, gallery events, and available artwork
Coordinate with the Oceanside Group team on branding, campaigns, and promotional opportunities
Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming gallery environment
Assist with special events, art presentations, and private client experiences
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Excellent people skills and strong customer service mindset
- Outgoing, positive, professional, and well-presented
- Comfortable speaking with luxury clients, collectors, and visitors
- Strong personal values, reliability, and integrity
- Punctual, organized, and able to follow through
- Willing to attend off-site events and presentations to promote and sell artwork
- Experience in art sales, marketing, social media, luxury brands, hospitality, or real estate is a plus
