Project Manager, Customer Portals (Temporary)

Location: San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, MX, 66220

Temporary role: 18 months

This role owns Scrum-based project management across portal enhancements, integrations, onboarding features, and continuous improvements. The Project Manager drives cross-functional alignment between IT, Salesforce, Commercial, Customer Service, and external partners to ensure the portal roadmap delivers meaningful value to customers and the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage end-to-end execution of portal enhancements and releases.
Coordinate dependencies across Salesforce, ERP, data integrations, and UX teams.
Act as the central coordination point across Commercial, IT, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
Provide transparent reporting on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Identify cross-functional risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
Track and manage technical, operational, and adoption-related risks.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Partner with Customer Enablement teams to align releases with onboarding and communication plans.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Digital Product Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Agile/Scrum training or certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) strongly preferred.
Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI‑ACP) are a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce or ERP environments is advantageous.
Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including facilitating all ceremonies and interpreting delivery metrics.
Ability to manage complex dependencies across Salesforce, ERP, data integrations, and UX teams.
Agile, proactive leader who drives continuous improvement and fosters accountability across teams.
Highly collaborative, able to align Commercial, IT, Finance, Customer Experience, and external vendors around shared outcomes.
