In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coordinate and manage national and international freight (air, ocean, and ground), including quotation, booking, and execution.
- Follow up on assigned logistics operations from shipment origin to plant delivery, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and on-time performance.
- Proactively communicate any logistics or customs-related deviations, risks, or delays to internal stakeholders to support timely decision-making.
- Review, validate, and manage foreign trade documentation for import and export operations (e.g., customs entries, value declarations, supporting spreadsheets), ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Register and administer import and export transactions in the customs inventory control system (Annex 24 – PRISMA).
- Participate in internal and external audits, simulations, and annual risk assessments related to Supply Chain Security programs (OEA / CTPAT).
- Verify that carriers and logistics service providers comply with established security and safety requirements prior to plant access.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate EHS standards and the Foreign Trade Compliance Policy.
Actively support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain security processes.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, traffic, and foreign trade operations (imports and exports).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing customs inventory control systems (Annex 24).
- Experience participating in supply chain security audits and compliance reviews.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Solid knowledge of:
- Mexican customs regulations and foreign trade legislation
- International transportation operations
National and international logistics processes

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Previous experience working with OEA and/or CTPAT certification requirements.
- Experience managing claims with transportation companies.
- Familiarity with customs inventory systems such as PRISMA.
- Strong ability to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
