Job Description:
Description

The Packaging Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and qualification of manufactured components used in the Skyworks products.

Responsibilities
Create documentation for packaging team using AutoCAD and other design tools.
Communicate with BU regarding requests for documentation and designs.
Stay up to date with Skyworks Packaging design rules.
Required Experience and Skills

BS degree in the area of Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineer/Mechanical Engineer
Good written communication in English language, the ability to work effectively with other members of the product development team.
General knowledge and skills in use of all MS Office software and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of semiconductor components.

Desired Experience and Skills
AutoCAD or other CAD tools.
English Read 80%/ Write 80%/ Talk 60%
Microsoft Office
