What You'll Do
- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies.
- Develop AI-driven marketing initiatives.
- Design AI-powered automations and workflows.
- Improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Optimize Email Marketing and Bulk SMS campaigns.
- Support SEO, Programmatic SEO, Paid Advertising, and Growth initiatives.
- Build AI-powered workflows using automation platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Help define how AI will be adopted across multiple businesses.
Qualifications
Required
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, or AI-driven Marketing.
- Proven professional experience using Artificial Intelligence in a business environment.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
