We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing & Programmatic SEO Specialist to help us build scalable customer acquisition systems for U.S.-based businesses.
This isn't a traditional SEO role.
You'll combine Technical SEO, Programmatic SEO, AI Search Optimization, Email Marketing, Bulk SMS Marketing, and Growth Marketing to generate qualified leads and build long-term organic growth.

What You'll Do. As part of our Growth team, you'll own and optimize multiple acquisition channels. Your responsibilities will include:
SEO & AI Search
- Build and execute advanced SEO strategies.
- Improve Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals.
- Optimize websites for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
- Implement Entity SEO and Schema Markup.
- Increase organic visibility and rankings.
Programmatic SEO
- Design scalable SEO frameworks.
- Generate thousands of optimized landing pages.
- Create location-, service-, and industry-specific content.
- Prevent duplicate content while maintaining quality.
- Work alongside developers to automate SEO processes.
Growth Marketing
- Build Email Marketing campaigns.
- Launch Bulk SMS Marketing campaigns.
- Design customer acquisition funnels.
- Generate cold leads.
- Improve landing page conversion rates.
- Execute A/B tests.
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize ROI.
What We're Looking ForRequired
- 3+ years of SEO experience
- Strong Technical SEO knowledge
- Programmatic SEO experience
- AI Search Optimization experience
- Email Marketing experience
- Bulk SMS Marketing experience
- Lead Generation experience
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent English communication skills
