Update and maintain commissions information, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and secure recordkeeping.
Coordinate and support the continuous implementation and compliance of NOMs 025, 030, 035, and 037.
Support the HR Specialist with payroll-related incidents, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation.
Participate in the preparation of training sessions and provide support to the HR Specialist team.
Assign training courses in Workday, monitor participant progress, and follow up on course completion to ensure accurate records and compliance with training requirements.
Provide ongoing support and ensure continuity of employee development plans.
Support the HR Specialist in Annual and Mid-Year Review processes.
