Field Service Technician - Culiacán
The Field Service Technician:
The Field Service Technician is responsible for delivering advanced on-site technical support for products, ensuring precise troubleshooting and resolutions while adhering strictly to regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Your role:
Provides advanced technical support, including comprehensive troubleshooting and escalation support, ensuring accurate diagnostics and resolutions while strictly adhering to regulatory guidelines and safety protocols.
Conducts in-depth diagnostics and repairs on complex medical devices, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance to meet the critical needs of healthcare providers and patients.
Accurately documents service records inclusive of diagnostics, resolution & Test procedures, & Case status using the Service management system. Capturing medium complex solutions to allow for knowledge share.
Focuses on First Time Right ensuring there is a clear action plan & preparation, with parts (if required), and diagnosis before the onsite visit.
Actively Involved in Customer escalations, Complaints (safety / non-safety related), or feedback, following agreed processes to ensure that information is captured accurately as possible
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronic systems engineering, mechatronics, biomedical or similar. Valid professional license.
Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, repair, and maintenance of technical equipment, with strong engineering fundamentals.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and organizational skills, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Ability to travel frequently within Culiacán and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to support other locations; valid passport (U.S. visa is a plus) and valid driver's license required.
Advanced level of English, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of IT networking, remote support tools, and continuous improvement practices, combined with a customer-focused and proactive mindset.
