We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager based in LATAM to operate at the intersection of C++ engine development and large-scale game production.
This role serves as the central coordination point between internal engine teams and external vendor partners, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, build standards, and delivery milestones across distributed environments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding of C++ and Unreal Engine pipelines with the ability to drive execution in complex, multi-studio setups. You will facilitate communication, remove technical blockers, and ensure smooth integration of vendor deliverables into the core development pipeline.
Responsibilities

Ensure alignment on coding standards, integration practices, and technical expectations across all contributing groups

Coordinate with infrastructure and pipeline stakeholders to establish clear, scalable workflows for vendor contributions

-
Ensure required builds, tools, and infrastructure updates are made available to vendors in a timely manner
-
Monitor the progress of engine development activities and vendor deliverables against agreed plans
-
Confirm that milestones are achieved while safeguarding build stability and integration quality
-
Refine how vendor code and assets are received, validated, and integrated into the main pipeline
-
Contribute to reducing technical debt and enforcing project standards across the development lifecycle
-
Provide clear visibility into build health, delivery status, and risk factors across the program
-
Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders in a concise and well-structured manner
Requirements
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or an equivalent qualification
-
At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience

-
Strong understanding of the C++ development lifecycle, build systems, and binary-based workflows
-
Familiarity with Unreal Engine project structures and large-scale production pipelines
-
Awareness of common build and integration challenges, such as build failures, sync conflicts, and asset dependencies
-
Proven experience applying Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban within game or software production environments
-
Strong track record of managing distributed, multi-vendor environments and coordinating cross-team dependencies
-
Ability to proactively identify risks and prevent technical bottlenecks before they impact delivery
