Responsibilities

Design the project strategy aligned with current requirements and the future vision of user needs

Ensure adequate staffing for the project, coordinating internal teams, external resources, and vendors as needed

Deliver the project successfully against agreed scope and value, including processes, technology tools, and change management

Challenge teams and propose changes to protect delivery timelines, cost targets, and agreed scope

Facilitate communication across workstreams and align dependencies to remove blockers

Report progress, needs, and decisions to Sponsor(s), Executive Committee, and key leaders

Identify risks early and define and implement mitigation plans

Manage the budget and coordinate vendors when applicable

Build and maintain the work plan and critical path, including scenario planning based on risks and team constraints

Provide project status reports, risks, and impediments to the Project Management Office with short-, mid-, and long-term views

Ensure investment aligns with approved benefits and the business case for the project

Support definition of deliverables for each project and track changes according to the methodology
Requirements

2+ years of experience in project administration or project coordination roles
-
2+ years of experience providing consultancy and advising stakeholders on delivery decisions

Stakeholder leadership skills to align Sponsor(s), Executive Committee, and key leaders

Project delivery experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and change control

Strong planning skills to build work plans and critical paths across scenarios

Budget management skills to track investment vs benefit and support business case alignment

Vendor management skills to coordinate external providers when applicable
-
Risk management skills to identify risks early and execute mitigation plans
-
Strong communication skills to facilitate workstream collaboration and escalation

High attention to detail to prevent misunderstandings and protect delivery quality

English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
