This role may include a temporary onsite period in the United States. Openness to that possibility is a plus — but if you are seeking a fully remote role, you are still encouraged to apply.
Are you the kind of finance professional who owns the integrity of the numbers — the one leadership actually trusts when a decision has to be right? Reliable Futures places accomplished finance professionals from Latin America into career-level remote roles with U.S. law firms — roles that may include a period of onsite work at the firm along the way. We stay invested in your success long after day one.
The professionals we place are not back-office staff routing transactions. They are controllers, senior accountants, and finance leaders who have earned their credentials and are choosing a path that finally matches their ambition — because your growth is the point, not just your placement. If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, please read to the end before applying — there are specific instructions you will need.
Working with Reliable Futures means working for a real Mexican employer that takes its obligations seriously — and then goes further. Full statutory compliance: IMSS, aguinaldo, vacation premium, and every protection the law guarantees you. Your compensation is disclosed in full, set above local market rates for your role and experience, and paid directly to you — not bundled into a platform fee where no one can tell you what you actually earn. You are a fully employed team member, with standing, with protections, and with a partner that has built its entire model around one belief: doing right by you and doing right by the firm are exactly the same decision.
This is a specific, live opening. Reliable Futures is placing a Controller with a growing U.S. family law firm scaling across multiple offices. It is one real role, open now — not a general call for résumés. If you are the kind of Controller this posting describes, we want to hear from you now.
How This Role Works
This is a long-term remote role with a U.S. law firm, with Reliable Futures as your employer of record. The firm directs your day-to-day work. We stay your partner well beyond day one.
Some placements include a period of onsite work at the firm — time spent in person learning the firm, its people, and how it operates before settling into the remote role. Whether this role includes an onsite component, and when, is worked out between you, Reliable Futures, and the firm. If it does, we handle the immigration side so you don't have to.
What This Requires
This role may include a temporary onsite period in the United States. Openness to that possibility is a plus — but if you are seeking a fully remote role, you are still encouraged to apply.
If the Role Includes Onsite Work
If your placement includes an onsite period, Reliable Futures manages the immigration process end to end. Most established professionals qualify comfortably, and we confirm the details with you early, so there are no surprises.
