The Product & Ops Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence, product execution, and technology delivery across strategic digital platforms and business initiatives within the LATAM Operating Unit. This role serves as the connective layer between business priorities, product teams, operating units, bottler organizations, and execution partners to ensure regional digital platforms are effectively prioritized, operationalized, delivered, adopted, and scaled.
The role combines product operations leadership, delivery management, and execution oversight to accelerate value delivery, improve organizational alignment, and enhance business outcomes across a portfolio of LATAM-specific digital platforms, including B2B2C, Coca-Cola en Tu Hogar, and other regional customer and consumer-facing solutions. The Product & Ops Lead partners closely with Operating Unit teams, bottlers, and technology delivery teams to coordinate implementation, integrations, platform operations, deployment readiness, and continuous improvement efforts across the region.
Success in this role requires strong execution leadership, operational rigor, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive clarity, alignment, and delivery across multiple platforms, markets, and bottler partners within a complex and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the delivery coordination, deployment, and scaling of strategic LATAM digital platforms, including B2B2C, Coca-Cola en Tu Hogar, and future regional capabilities, ensuring successful integration and execution across Operating Unit and bottler ecosystems
Partner with business, product, and digital teams to align priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, and execution plans with enterprise objectives.
Drive product operationalization, adoption, and execution readiness across global teams, operating units, and bottler stakeholders.
Establish and manage operational rhythms, governance forums, delivery tracking, KPI reporting, and executive visibility processes.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful planning, prioritization, delivery, stabilization, and continuous improvement of products and capabilities.
Support product lifecycle management, including intake processes, backlog coordination, release planning, and operational readiness activities.
Identify operational risks, execution gaps, dependencies, and process inefficiencies and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
Evaluate emerging tools, automation opportunities, AI-enabled capabilities, and operational best practices to improve execution effectiveness.
Provides leadership across LATAM regional platform delivery initiatives, coordinating execution across multiple markets, bottler partners, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful platform implementation and adoption
Drives short- and mid-term operational strategies that improve delivery effectiveness, business alignment, organizational transparency, and execution consistency.
Influences product operations, governance models, prioritization frameworks, and execution processes across the enterprise.
Enables stronger coordination between business, product, digital, and operational teams to accelerate transformation outcomes.
Operates within highly matrixed environments requiring collaboration across commercial, supply chain, finance, digital, and bottler ecosystems.
Solves complex operational and execution challenges involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, evolving business needs, and cross-functional dependencies.

Experience & Qualifications
10–15+ years of experience in product operations, program management, digital transformation, strategy, business operations, or related leadership roles within complex global organizations.
Strong understanding of product operating models, Agile delivery practices, portfolio management, and operational execution frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and organizational change activities.
Exceptional structured thinking, communication, executive storytelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong ability to leverage data, analytics, AI tools, and operational insights to drive decision-making and business outcomes.
Experience partnering with senior business leaders, digital organizations, operating units, and external stakeholders.
Exposure to commercial, supply chain, finance, people & culture, and enterprise operations environments preferred.
