Description
The Senior Customer Success / Forecast & Analytics Lead plays a critical role in supporting Skyworks’ business by driving forecast creation, demand alignment, and analytics-led decision-making across customers, Sales, and Operations. This strategic, customer-facing position partners closely with internal stakeholders and key customers to improve forecast accuracy, close gaps between demand signals and bookings, and develop scalable processes that enhance visibility and execution. The role combines deep analytical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, focusing on building robust forecasting frameworks, advancing data-driven insights, and enabling more predictable, efficient business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Forecast Creation & Demand Alignment (Primary Focus)
Own the end-to-end forecast creation process, partnering with customers, Sales, and Demand Management to drive alignment across demand signals
Develop and implement forecasting frameworks, methodologies, and review cadences to improve accuracy and predictability
Analyze forecast vs. order (PO) gaps and lead initiatives to close discrepancies and improve booking conversion
Establish governance around forecast integrity, backlog alignment, and demand visibility
Analytics & Process Development
Lead the design and implementation of analytics-driven processes to improve forecasting, booking performance, and operational visibility
Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks (forecast accuracy, backlog health, on-time delivery)
Identify trends, root causes, and systemic issues, and translate insights into scalable process improvements
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive automation and digital transformation of forecasting and planning workflows
Customer & Sales Strategic Engagement
Act as a strategic interface between customers, Sales, and Operations, focusing on demand planning and long-term alignment
Lead structured cadence with key stakeholders (forecast reviews, backlog alignment calls)
Influence customer and Sales behaviors to improve forecast discipline and booking accountability
Operational Oversight
Oversee the full customer fulfillment landscape:
Quote Order entry Delivery
Ensure alignment between forecast, order management, and fulfillment execution
Monitor performance against customer delivery commitments (CSD) and drive corrective actions where needed
Expedite & Risk Management
Identify risks to supply, forecast, and delivery commitments and drive proactive mitigation strategies
Partner with Demand Management to address root causes and improve upstream planning
Required Experience and Skills
Competencies
Strategic thinker with strong forecasting, demand planning, and analytics expertise
Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Strong proficiency in Excel and analytics tools; experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Power BI preferred
Ability to challenge assumptions, probe root causes, and influence stakeholders
Strong executive communication and relationship-building capabilities
Highly organized with a focus on process design, governance, and scalability
Self-starter with ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
Continuous improvement mindset with focus on automation and efficiency

Qualifications (Requirements)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6+ years experience in customer success, sales operations, demand planning, or supply chain analytics
Proven experience in:
Forecast creation and demand alignment
Analytics and reporting development
Process design and transformation initiatives
Hands-on experience working with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong communication skills with ability to engage at both operational and executive levels
