Schedule Availability: Between 25 and 30 hours per week

Tentative Start Date: August 2026
Support the Compensation & Benefits team in the development, administration, and promotion of initiatives focused on enhancing the employee value proposition. The intern will be responsible for the active search and management of agreements with external providers, database analysis and development, as well as supporting the planning and execution of employee benefits-related events.
- Support the management, communication, creation, and follow-up of benefits providers, as well as the development of databases for the area.
- Support the planning and execution of the Benefits Fair.
- Learn about Compensation & Benefits processes.
- Communicate with external vendors and service providers.
- Develop new professional skills.
- Build relationships with different departments and supervisors at various organizational levels.
- Learn and use new digital tools.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams.
Vendor Management and External Relations
- Conduct proactive searches for new partnerships with universities, gyms, restaurants, financial institutions, recreational centers, and other service providers.
- Follow up on existing agreements and manage renewals when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the benefits portfolio.
- Coordinate and follow up on meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Database Development and Administration
- Design, update, and maintain databases related to benefits, vendors, and employees.
- Generate reports, metrics, and analyses to support decision-making within the area.
- Support process automation through digital tools.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
Data Analysis and Digitalization
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel (VBA), Power BI, and other analytical tools.
- Maintain digital tools built in Power Apps.
- Support the identification of trends and opportunities through data analysis.
- Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects within the area.
Events and Communication
- Support the planning, logistics, and execution of the Benefits Fair and other employee events.
- Coordinate promotional materials and communications for benefits campaigns.
- Collaborate with Internal Communications and Human Resources teams to maximize employee participation.
