Project Objective
Support the execution of communication, training, and adoption strategies for multiple initiatives.

Gain knowledge of change management methodologies.
Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies.
Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out
Develop communication materials and toolkits.
Create training materials.
Measure and track adoption indicators and metrics.
Support the creation of videos and scripts.
