Job Description:
As a Customer Project Manager, you will be the single point of contact to the Front Office, responsible for ensuring execution from order opportunity through hand-off to services while providing updates based on information from the multiple departments at the plant. You will work collaboratively with both the Front and Back Office to identify and mitigate all execution risks while supporting margin attainment.

Organize and plan low complexity projects

Manage budget, project schedule, risk & opportunities and Variation Orders & Claims

Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Project margin deviation during execution

Execute projects in full compliance with ETO CPP Process and ETO Toolbox in coordination with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department and Project Buyer

Review technical specification and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer.

Monitor and control projects progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects. Use the tracking board tool and escalate any risks of delay during SIM meetings.

Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly (correspondence, emails, call, meeting).

Communicate effectively with the project team and the other departments of the plant (Internal Kick off meeting)
This job might be for you if

Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Operations Engineering or related field

+2 years of experience as project manager

Focused in customer service

Project Management skills (Tools, knowledge of economics in project business, ....)

Supplier management knowledge

Strong communication skills

Advanced English
