We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Production Test Engineer to join our Test Engineering team. In this role, you will focus on sustaining, enhancing, and optimizing automated test systems throughout their lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring robust test capabilities, accurate measurements, high equipment reliability, and efficient production support for complex electronic products. Working in a collaborative environment, you will develop innovative solutions that improve test performance, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
Our Team
You will be part of the Test Engineering organization, supporting manufacturing operations and new product introductions through advanced automated test solutions. The team collaborates closely with design engineering, operations, quality, IT, suppliers, and global cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient test platforms that support world-class manufacturing.
What You Will Do

Partner with design engineering teams to develop comprehensive product test strategies that enable successful product validation and production launch.

Design, develop, and improve automated test systems that ensure product quality, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement of test platforms through hardware and software enhancements that increase throughput, performance, and maintainability.

Analyze production test data to identify trends, improve yields, and enable data-driven decision making.

Lead troubleshooting and root-cause investigations to improve test system reliability and minimize manufacturing disruptions.

Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and successful transfers into mass production.

Integrate test platforms with manufacturing systems and factory infrastructure to support operational excellence.

Support validation activities that ensure test equipment accuracy, repeatability, and measurement integrity.

Develop technical documentation and provide training that enables effective operation and support of production test systems.
Who You Are
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Three (3) or more years of experience supporting and developing automated test equipment (ATE) or hardware/software integrated test systems.

Three (3) or more years of experience working with electronic test instrumentation such as VNA, power meters, signal generators, or device programmers.

Three (3) or more years of experience using at least one test development language such as Python, LabVIEW, or C#/.NET.

Knowledge of communication protocols used in automated test systems, including GPIB, Ethernet, USB, Serial, or PXI.

Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics, signal integrity, measurement techniques, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Fluent English communication skills with the ability to create technical documentation.

Ability and willingness to travel as business needs require.
What Will Put You Ahead

Experience with industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, motion control systems, and machine vision solutions.

Knowledge of manufacturing test processes, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and test data management systems.

Experience integrating test equipment with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Experience conducting validation studies, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Gauge R&R activities.

Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments for electronic products.

Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase yield, reduce test time, and improve operational performance.
