As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Molex Guadalajara, you will be the primary HR interface for designated departments, ensuring HR strategies align with business priorities and delivering superior results.

You will join the DSS division's Human Resources team at Molex Guadalajara, collaborating with business leaders and HR colleagues to foster a positive, safe, and high-performance work environment. Our team is committed to continuous improvement and advancing company culture.
What You Will Do
- Transform business strategy into customized HR solutions that support organizational goals.
- Provide strategic HR consultancy to improve employee performance, retention, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Molex corporate policies and statutory labor requirements.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver effective talent acquisition and resource planning.
- Facilitate employee training, development activities, and talent reviews.
- Manage employee relations, including labor/legal issues, disputes, and performance improvement plans.
- Act as a proactive partner to steward and advance company culture.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Labor Relations, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
- 7 years' HR Generalist experience in a multinational company.
- English level B2 (advanced, effective in several contexts).
- Strong knowledge of the local talent market and labor law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous experience as an HRBP.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (5 Why's, 8D, DMAIC, etc.).
- Ability to lead transformation and continuous improvement processes.
