Where You'll Make a Difference
Support commercial projects and account-related activities for the Sales Scent team.
Follow up on ongoing customer projects and ensure timely progress of key deliverables.
Assist in coordinating meetings, agendas and action plans with internal stakeholders.
Support the preparation and organization of commercial presentations and materials.
Coordinate sample shipments and related documentation for customers.
Maintain and update account information and project trackers.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Provide administrative and analytical support for customer-focused initiatives.
Assist with reporting and data management activities using Microsoft Office tools.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Active university student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Marketing or a related field.
Currently between the 3rd and 7th semester of studies.
Availability to complete a 12-month internship program.
Advanced written and reading comprehension in English.
Basic verbal communication skills in English.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filters, charts and pivot tables.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
High attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Previous internship, academic project or extracurricular experience related to sales, commercial operations or account management.
Strong analytical mindset and interest in the fragrance industry.
