Job Description
The OTC Intern will support the Order-to-Cash (OTC) team by assisting with daily Accounts Receivable and Order Management activities while developing knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes. This role provides hands-on experience with ERP systems, customer processes, and financial operations, contributing to the team's efficiency while building professional skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Order Management team by reviewing and monitoring blocked Sales Orders (SO) under established procedures.

Assist with Accounts Receivable activities, including payment and invoice reconciliations, aging reports, and account reviews.

Help investigate invoice discrepancies and support follow-up activities to facilitate timely resolution.

Assist with processing customer invoices through email and customer portals.

Support the investigation and follow-up of unapplied payments.

Learn and utilize ERP systems such as SAP and QAD to perform daily operational tasks.

Gain an understanding of customer-specific procedures and the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.

Prepare and maintain operational reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, lookup functions, and charts.

Complete assigned onboarding and training activities while complying with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Student in the last year of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
