POSITION SUMMARY
The employee is responsible for taking ownership and driving operational processes as they pertain to Commercialization Change Orders. He/she focuses on supporting Operations by reducing the impact of material updates/changes on Production. He/she will be responsible for providing updates to Manufacturing Engineering, MDM CCO Team, Local Planning/Buying, and occasionally Finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide and receive inputs for the revision changeover process, ensuring that changeover dates are defined in alignment with current inventory levels and production schedules
- Execute all assigned tasks within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain process integrity and operational continuity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Buying, and the CCO team to identify, reduce, and remove potential disruptions to production
- Communicate changeover schedules and associated impacts to all relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and escalate risks related to revision transitions that may affect production output or material availability
- Maintain accurate documentation of all changeover decisions, inputs received, and communications issued
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining the revision changeover process and reducing operational impact
- Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to understand material dispositions and collaborate to minimize impacts on Operations (minimize scrap, rework, and inventory costs)
- Support material availability and ensure no disruptions due to revision changeover
- Serve as primary point of contact between Operations and CCO team
- Gather, scrub, manipulate data to generate average to complex reports and analysis related to Part and Supplier requirement
- Ensure predefined process is followed to ensure accuracy of information
- Maintain task tracking sheet for CCO revision updates, input new items, monitor stakeholders’ approval and aging and for closure items
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
- Intermediate MS PowerPoint knowledge
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience in using ERP system
- Basic knowledge and experience on Bill of Materials Management and Item Creation in ERP
- Knowledge and experience in using Power BI
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environment
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field (Business, Engineering, etc.) or Equivalent Work Experience
- Bilingual
