About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Veeva Vault Configurator to join our Business & Technology Integration team. In this role, you will support the implementation and configuration of Veeva Clinical (CTMS) as part of a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the life sciences industry.
As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, validating, and maintaining Veeva Vault solutions while ensuring compliance with GxP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, Testing, and Technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions.
- ️ Configure and implement Veeva Vault components, including Object Models, Lifecycles, Workflows, Document Types, Security, Roles, and Permissions.
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and compliant Vault configurations.
Configure data models and relationships to support clinical business processes and system integrations.
Build and maintain security models, user roles, permission sets, and access controls in regulated environments.
️ Configure workflows, entry actions, user actions, state transitions, and notifications.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) by troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related defects.
Maintain configuration documentation, design specifications, and change records in accordance with CSV and GxP standards.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Test Leads, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Manage configuration deployments and promotions across DEV, QA, and PROD environments following change management processes.
Serve as a Veeva Vault subject matter expert, proactively identifying risks and recommending technical solutions.
We're seeking professionals with strong experience configuring any Veeva Vault application (Clinical, RIM, PromoMats, Quality, or similar). Previous experience with Veeva Clinical CTMS is a plus but not mandatory.
