PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor inbound appointments daily, ensuring that shipments arrive according to the established schedule.
Maintain constant communication with carriers to receive updates on shipment status, delays, rescheduling, or incidents.
Record and update information in control systems or transportation reports.
Maintain constant and effective communication with the receiving team regarding any changes to the daily schedule, as well as the handover of pending tasks for the second transport shift.
Assist in identifying delivery deviations and escalating issues in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support to the transportation department (files, databases, metrics).
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes related to document management for both delivery appointments and CCP.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Service-oriented and team player.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Data cleaning and preparation.
Creation of data visualizations.
Time management and administrative skills, with the ability to track and close pending tasks.
Initiative and autonomy.
Commitment to continuous improvement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
SKILLS:
Student or recent graduate in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Interest in pursuing a career in the Transportation sector.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and tools.

LANGUAGE:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%)
