Practicante para planta Juárez
Estudiantes activos (un año o más para egresar) de Ingeniería en Logística, Industrial o afín.
Apoyar la implementación de metodologías de mejora continua y acompañar a los equipos operativos.
Brindar soporte en el uso de estándares y herramientas de mejora continua.
Participar en la capacitación básica del personal.
Dar seguimiento a indicadores y detectar oportunidades de mejora.
Colaborar en proyectos de mejora y solución de problemas.
Contribuir al desarrollo e implementación de nuevas herramientas de mejora continua en el almacén.
Principales Tareas y Responsabilidades
Colaborar con el equipo de JLC en la mejora y optimización de procesos logísticos.
Apoyar la implementación y seguimiento de metodologías de mejora continua.
Promover prácticas de seguridad y eficiencia operativa.
Brindar capacitación y acompañamiento a los equipos operativos.
Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de estándares y procesos.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones.
Participar en proyectos de mejora y solución de problemas.
Contribuir al desarrollo de procesos más seguros, eficientes y organizados .
