You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of logistics processes and your understanding of how these processes are configured within SAP.

You will resolve operational inquiries from end users, support the correction of common errors, and escalate complex incidents to the SAP or IT team.

You will train new users, develop manuals, procedures, and work instructions, and communicate process changes and new system functionalities.

You will provide support for SAP implementations, system upgrades, and migration projects.

You will perform system testing and validation activities.

You will review master data quality and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

You will identify process deviations and propose opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

You will ensure that transactions are executed in compliance with established procedures and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration.

Advanced English proficiency.
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP, preferably within EWM and PR2 modules.

Experience supporting SAP implementations, system migrations, and process improvement initiatives.
-
Knowledge of inventory management, material planning, warehouse operations, distribution, procurement, receiving, and shipping.

Experience training end users, developing procedures and work instructions, and providing first-level functional support.

Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, KPI dashboards, and data analysis.

A valid U.S. and Canadian visa is preferred.
