About the Opportunity
One Way Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Senior Consultant to support an international SAP project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP QM configuration, business process analysis, testing, and user support, with experience integrating QM with other SAP logistics modules.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term international project working with global teams in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Quality Management (QM) processes, including:
- Inspection Planning
- Quality Inspections
- Quality Notifications
- Quality Control
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP QM solutions.
- Design and implement integrated processes between SAP QM and:
- SAP MM
- SAP PP
- SAP EWM / WM
- Perform system configuration, testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare functional documentation and user guides.
- Deliver end-user training sessions.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong configuration experience in SAP QM.
- Experience integrating SAP QM with MM, PP, and EWM/WM.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in SAP implementation or rollout projects.
- Ability to work independently in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in global or multinational projects.
- SAP QM Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Languages
- Spanish – Fluent
- English – Professional working proficiency (required)
Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Through the end of the year, with possible extensions
- Workload: 5 days per week (40 hours)
- Location: Remote, with occasional onsite visits in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic
- Compensation: Competitive market rate (to be discussed based on experience)
