About the Position:

Your Responsibilities will be:
Manage material procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted production supply.
Execute and monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes, including supplier release management and exception handling.
Coordinate with national and international suppliers to ensure material availability, delivery performance, and issue resolution.
Monitor inventory levels, coverage analysis, and stock optimization to support operational efficiency.
Analyze supply chain KPIs and develop improvement actions to enhance delivery and inventory performance.
Manage critical component shortages and implement mitigation plans to minimize production risks.
Support production planning through capacity analysis, forecast reviews, and material availability assessments.
Coordinate inventory reduction initiatives and obsolete material management activities.
Participate in supplier negotiations related to delivery schedules, shortages, and supply continuity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure supply chain excellence.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Material Planning, Inventory Control, Procurement, Production Planning, or Supply Chain.
Experience within the automotive industry.
Experience managing both domestic and international suppliers.
Advanced knowledge of MRP processes and material planning.
Experience with SAP and advanced Excel.
Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, capacity planning, lead times, and forecasting.
Experience analyzing Supply Chain KPIs and inventory coverage.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Other skills that we would welcome:
Knowledge of supplier performance management and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with ERP systems and supplier portals.
Familiarity with shortage management and risk mitigation strategies.
Understanding of inventory valuation, obsolete inventory control, and recovery actions.
Experience supporting new product launches and ramp-up activities.
Exposure to international supply chain operations.
