This role ensures alignment with regional and global category objectives and drives sustainable value creation through strategic sourcing, supplier portfolio optimization, risk management, end-to-end cost optimization, and delivery of financial procurement KPIs. Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies aligned with global category objectives.

Identify sourcing opportunities and drive competitive bidding processes.

Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry dynamics to support category decisions.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and governance requirements
Cost Optimization & Financial Performance

Deliver productivity targets, savings initiatives, and other procurement financial KPIs.

Lead end-to-end cost optimization initiatives, including material, logistics, and process opportunities.

Monitor category spend and identify value creation opportunities across LATAM.
Supplier Portfolio & Relationship Management

Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and performance processes.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.

Drive supplier development, innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Risk Management & Business Continuity

Assess supply risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.

Support crisis management activities and ensure supply resilience.

Monitor market volatility, capacity constraints, and geopolitical or operational risks.
Project Execution & Transformation

Lead procurement-related projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Support digitalization, process improvement, and transformation programs.

Ensure timely execution of sourcing projects and contract implementation.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership

Partner with regional and global stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, Manufacturing, and Finance.

Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and business acumen.

Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best-practice adoption across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or category management, preferably in an international matrix organization.

Strong business and procurement acumen, negotiation, analytical and logical thinking, stakeholder management, project management, and strategic sourcing skills.

Experience in cost, contract, and data management, as well as risk management, crisis management, and supply resilience.

Proficiency in SAP and related procurement/data analysis tools.

Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
