You will play a key role in building a positive and compliant work environment. We are looking for a proactive, energetic professional who enjoys being close to the operation, supporting leaders, strengthening employee relations, and helping maintain a healthy workplace culture across both salaried and union employees.
Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
Ensure compliance with labor relations policies, collective bargaining agreements, employment laws, and safety requirements
Support and coach plant leadership on union matters, employee relations, and management practices that promote a positive work environment
Manage employee grievances, resolve workplace issues fairly and consistently, and maintain a strong presence on the plant floor
Lead and support labor relations initiatives, monitor key HR indicators, and coordinate labor relations team and employee service activities
What are we looking for?
A proactive, hands-on professional with strong communication, critical thinking, and a visible presence on the plant floor
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Law, or related field
3+ years of HR labor relations experience as supervisor
Experience leading labor relations actions, coordinating teams, and working with key HR metrics such as absenteeism, discipline, and turnover
Knowledge of labor relations frameworks, employment law, and employee service operations
Basic verbal and written English proficiency
