Position Summary
We are seeking an OEM Territory Manager — Thermal Management & Life Sciences to develop, manage, and grow strategic OEM accounts across high-value technical markets, including Thermal Management, industrial refrigeration, Life Sciences, medical equipment, and related industrial technologies.
This role is ideal for a consultative, growth-minded technical sales professional who can build trusted relationships with OEM engineering, procurement, quality, operations, and leadership teams. You will identify new applications, support design-in opportunities, align customer needs with Parker’s broad product and engineering capabilities, and drive profitable growth through high-impact customer solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory and account growth plans to achieve revenue, margin, pipeline, and strategic business objectives.
Grow strategic OEM relationships by engaging engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, operations, technical service, and executive stakeholders.
Identify, qualify, and win new OEM opportunities in Thermal Management, industrial refrigeration, Life Sciences, medical equipment, and related industrial markets.
Lead consultative technical sales discussions to understand customer applications, system requirements, performance goals, and engineering challenges.
Position Parker Hannifin solutions across fluid control, filtration, Thermal Management, refrigeration, hydraulic, pneumatic, electromechanical, and related motion and control technologies.
Drive design-in and specification opportunities by connecting customer needs with Parker product, application, and engineering expertise.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, service, quality, operations, customer service, pricing, finance, and commercial leadership to support customer success.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity development through technical alignment, quoting, negotiation, closing, and account expansion.
Maintain strong CRM, pipeline, and forecasting discipline through accurate opportunity tracking, account planning, customer activity updates, and business reporting.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify profitable growth opportunities and strengthen Parker’s position in target markets.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Biomedical, or a related technical discipline.
Proven experience in B2B technical sales, OEM account development, territory management, business development, or strategic account management.
Experience working with OEM customers in technical, engineered product, or application-driven environments.
Knowledge of one or more relevant markets: Thermal Management, industrial refrigeration, Life Sciences, medical equipment, industrial machinery, fluid systems, thermal control, or related technologies.
Ability to engage credibly with engineering, procurement, quality, manufacturing, technical service, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into clear customer value.
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, long-term opportunities, and profitable account growth.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer requirements, technical alignment, and commercial execution.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, organization, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a global, team-oriented organization.
Intermediate to advanced English preferred for customer, technical, and internal collaboration.
Experience with thermal management systems, industrial refrigeration equipment, chillers, cooling systems, heat exchangers, electronics cooling, medical equipment OEMs, Life Sciences equipment, laboratory instrumentation, analytical instruments, or bioprocessing technologies preferred.
Familiarity with valves, pumps, connectors, fittings, filtration, fluid control, hydraulics, pneumatics, electromechanical systems, refrigeration components, or related engineered technologies preferred.
