About the job:
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of assigned brands, including sales, profitability, budget management, brand awareness, and product innovation. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, and other key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, develop impactful marketing initiatives, and successfully launch new products aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives and global marketing priorities.
- Manage all aspects of brand performance, including market share, sales growth, profitability, brand equity, and budget control.
- Analyze market data, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to identify business opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Define target consumer segments and leverage market research, audits, and other available sources to understand consumer behavior and needs.
- Monitor and evaluate monthly sales performance, promotional investments, profitability, inventory levels, and SKU performance across channels and customers.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, communication plans, and product launches.
- Prepare marketing briefs and coordinate the development of creative materials with internal and external partners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, competitive actions, media investments, promotions, and public relations initiatives.
- Identify innovation opportunities and contribute to the development of new products, line extensions, and product improvements.
- Build and support business cases for new brand opportunities and New Business Opportunities (NBOs).
- Manage brand budgets to ensure optimal investment and return on marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of brand strategies and business plans.
- Prepare and present reports, business updates, and performance analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in special projects, including new product launches, channel expansion initiatives, and strategic growth projects.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, preferably within the FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or OTC industry.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, market analysis, and budget management.
- Experience leveraging consumer insights and market data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on results, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred: Experience with market intelligence tools such as IQVIA, Nielsen, Kantar, or similar platforms.
