We are seeking a Senior Data Software Engineer specialized in data integration and replication with Qlik Replicate to build reliable real-time and batch data movement across transactional systems, analytics platforms, and cloud environments. Responsibilities

Design data replication solutions using Qlik Replicate across heterogeneous environments

Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines to enable real-time replication

Configure and administer replication tasks between on-premise systems and cloud platforms

Monitor replication jobs and optimize throughput, latency, and resource usage

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to connectivity, latency, performance, and data consistency

Support database migration and analytics modernization initiatives with resilient data movement patterns

Implement failover and disaster recovery strategies to ensure integration continuity

Document architectures, configurations, operational procedures, and best practices

Collaborate with architects, data engineers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to align designs and operations

Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data quality policies across replication processes
Requirements

3+ years of experience in data engineering with integration/replication solutions

Strong consultancy skills for advising clients and translating needs into technical designs

Senior-level leadership skills as a technical reference for data modernization and migrations

Proven project experience delivering database migrations and analytics platform modernization

Advanced Qlik Replicate expertise in administration, configuration, and monitoring

Strong CDC knowledge for real-time replication and change processing

Advanced SQL skills for troubleshooting, validation, and performance analysis

Solid scripting skills with Bash and/or PowerShell for automation and operations

Version control skills with Git for collaborative delivery and change tracking

Observability and monitoring skills to track data flows, latency, and reliability

Data security, governance, and data quality knowledge in integration environments

English language proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate

Spanish language proficiency for collaboration in Spanish-speaking environments
Nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure SQL, Synapse, and Data Lake Storage

Hands-on work with three or more of Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, IBM Db2, SAP HANA
