Senior Infrastructure & Observability Engineer

We are looking for a strategic and transformational leader to drive the evolution of our observability and infrastructure capabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and scale a regional observability control tower, champion automation initiatives, and lead the transition toward modern SRE and DevOps practices that enhance platform resilience, efficiency, and scalability. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our operations by establishing governance frameworks, developing internal capabilities, and driving engineering excellence across the organization.
How a day to day would look like in this role:

Define and lead the regional observability, monitoring, and operational excellence strategy.

Build and consolidate the observability control tower, establishing standards, metrics, alerting frameworks, and best practices.

Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams through coaching, knowledge sharing, and capability-building initiatives.

Drive automation programs, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD adoption to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to improve service performance, availability, and scalability.
What we need to see from you:
We are seeking a technology leader with strong experience in infrastructure, cloud, observability, operations, and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise and has a proven track record of building scalable operating models, developing teams, and driving meaningful change.
Required skills:
-
Experience in infrastructure, cloud, observability, DevOps, SRE, or related disciplines.

Proven experience leading technical teams and driving large-scale transformation initiatives across regional or global environments.

Hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus, or similar tools.

Strong expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), automation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar), and CI/CD practices.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning skills with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
