Job Description:

What will you do?

Support end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and early career positions.

Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Track and follow up with candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process.

Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and candidate records.

Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Support university events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
What qualifications will make you successful:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, graduating in August 2027 or later.

Availability to work part-time during morning hours.

Strong interest in developing a career in HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Basic to intermediate English proficiency is preferred.

Previous academic or practical experience in interviewing, customer service, or administrative activities is a PLUS.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
