You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and maintaining timely collections activities to support healthy account balances.

Communicating with customers to resolve payment issues, reconcile accounts, and investigate outstanding balances.

Processing credit card payments, customer credits, refunds, and account adjustments accurately and on time.

Collaborating with Sales Support, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to resolve pricing, invoicing, order, and service-related discrepancies.

Investigating tax, freight, credit, and billing discrepancies and ensuring supporting documentation is properly maintained.

Preparing reports and monitoring account activity to identify collection risks, trends, and opportunities for resolution.

Maintaining accurate customer account records, submitting required documentation, and supporting collection agency referrals when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

+2 years of professional experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit, accounting, finance, or a related function.

Experience managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and reconciling account discrepancies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience working with ERP systems; EPICOR experience is a plus.

Experience investigating and resolving tax, freight, billing, or pricing discrepancies.

Experience working in a customer-facing collections, credit, or accounts receivable environment.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.

Experience within the textile, design, architecture, or related industry is preferred.
