What You’ll Do
As a Collaboration Engineer, you will help create reliable and seamless communication experiences by:
- Supporting voice, telephony, and collaboration technologies.
- Managing service requests and resolving collaboration-related incidents.
- Providing Level 1 troubleshooting for voice and communication services.
- Coordinating with internal teams and technology vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Supporting Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes activities.
- Assisting with Microsoft Teams Rooms, collaboration devices, and room-readiness activities.
- Processing and following up on collaboration hardware requests.
- Supporting VoIP services and technologies, including SIP-based environments.
- Generating operational reports and providing visibility into service performance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and the overall user experience.
What Will Help You Thrive

We would love to meet you if you bring:
- Previous experience in IT support, service desk, telecommunications, or collaboration technologies.
- Knowledge of VoIP environments and SIP protocols.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms or collaboration devices is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- A service-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with users.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Conversational English at a B2 level or higher.
- Spanish fluency.
