- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management.
- 3 years of experience in content program management, instructional design, certification design, or curriculum development, with a focus on training or educational content.
- Experience with AI tooling to deliver education experiences.
- Program management certification or experience in program management with a technology company.
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience developing student-facing training content, interactive curriculum, or video-based learning.
- Proven ability to conduct research, analyze data, and use insights to inform content strategy and development.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $111000 - $160000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of new content and education product training programs geared toward K-12 and higher education student audiences.
- Create and refine train-the-trainer materials and curricula to empower teachers with student-facing training resources.
- Conduct research into the learning preferences, technological access, and topical interests of students to inform content format, gamification, platform selection, and subject matter.
- Collaborate with reliable curriculum partners and cross-functional stakeholders to produce high-quality to student academic success and future workforce readiness, determining the most effective ways to scale training around them.
- Oversee and maintain student certifications in the learning center.
