Platform Administrator
The Opportunity
The Platform Administrator will play a key role in maximizing productivity and business outcomes for sales and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing the procurement purchase order process, supporting sales productivity tools, leading UAT efforts, and supporting projects to completion. This role will interact with stakeholders across the business to support improvements and provide consistent communication.
Your Role
Support purchasing to invoice process for Revenue Operations team
Manage sales productivity tools including licensing, adoption, and feature communication
Support system and process changes related to Salesforce and productivity tools
Partner cross-functionally to define scope and gather requirements
Generate detailed process documentation and project requirements
Align and communicate with internal stakeholders on key priorities and initiatives
Track progress of key projects and redefine requirements as needed
Perform detailed testing for release of new initiatives
Evaluate and optimize business processes by leveraging automation and AI-driven solutions
Simultaneously support multiple programs
What You Will Bring
2-4 years of relevant experience in the SaaS industry in procurement, UAT and/or project management
Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a sales driven organization
Knowledge of or experience with procure to invoice tools such as Coupa as well as Salesforce and ticketing systems such as JIRA preferred
Early adopter of AI technologies with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, AI agent creation, and leveraging generative AI tools to drive productivity and scalable workflows
Understanding of tools including Aviso, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different time zones
Proficiency with Google Drive
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Motivated and detail oriented with the ability to learn quickly
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
